Phil is a 17 year resident of Bend with a long history in sports and recreation. As the owner of Play it Again Sports for over a decade, Phil knows that it takes partnerships between business, government and nonprofit organizations for successful park programs.

He believes that parks and recreation bring our community together. Whether it's for a soccer game, a wedding, or just a walk along the river, Bend Metro Park and Recreation District adds value to our lives.
