The Executive committee met on Sunday 1/18/04. Those in attendance included Linda (Wolfe) Payne, Susan Perez, Judy (Lyons) Hoyt, Roger Lockie Sr, Janice Helmer, Kathy (Archer) Keithley, Lynn Bretz, Gayle Shaffer, other TCHS staff, and former faculty, and John Zubrick Chairman of the Board of the TC Chamber of Commerce.

The festival booths, entertainment, and antique cars were discussed,and a
time line is being worked on. Also, logistics is being addressed. Roger
Lockie will be in charge of the entertainment. He plans on reuniting
former Brighter Side Singers, as well as the choir.
Bring a box of tissue, it's going be a tear jerker!

Also discussed in length was the Sunday luncheon to honor the 50 most prominent alumni. As the committee is hoping thousands will be in attendance to this
weekend, yours truly suggested the Rose Bowl. A huge "thank you" to Roger Lockie for raising his hand in favor. Unfortunately, it was not a majority vote, so other venues are being looked at. Additionally, the committee is looking various hotels in the area. A decision should be made in 3 weeks.

Kathy Keithley, class of '78, is still actively looking for at least 1 point of
contact for each class. We need to spread the word on this event, so your help
is needed! If you are in contact with your former classmates, and are interested in joining the team, please contact Kathy Keithley. You will be placed on a distribution list for e-mail updates so you can alert your class.
