Sitemaker is very easy, and most users are able to become proficient quickly. We strongly recommend the Quick Start Package to persons not familiar with online forms, text editing or graphics.

To keep our prices low, we do not bundle labor-intensive services. The technical support options vary with the publishing program selected by each user, Premium, Professional, or Enterprise. Free services are limited to the online help. Please read the options below if this is your first visit.

For useful tips on how to extend the basic capabilities of CIP Sitemaker™ follow the link below. You'll find ideas on color and text management with CSS, using advanced component features, and more. We invite user contributions; if you have solved an interesting problem or developed a workaround for something not provided in Sitemaker, please describe your experience in a brief article and send it to the Sitemaker Team.

Technical Support

We encourage you to seek answers in the extensive Help and FAQ systems before requesting paid technical support. Most users operate their sites without assistance.

If you are a Clark IP client, please open a service request using the link below. (The link will transfer you to the main Clark IP site.) A specialist will reply by email or telephone depending on the nature of the question and the types of support available under your service agreement. Technical support is available on a call-back basis and depending on your service agreement may be billable with a minimum per event.

If you are the client of one of our affiliated resellers, please contact the affiliate's customer service representative for assistance.

Creative Services

Creative services, e.g., help with editing your text and graphics, are not included with the hosting and publishing packages. See the Prices page for rates. Your certified Sitemaker designer can provide design support at what may be more favorable prices.
